Adding Personnel
Intro
Adding new personnel to your Watchtower roster or setting up a login for an existing user can all be done via the Agency Tab.
Users can be added to the roster without a login. This is great for when you want to reference a person on an incident but not invite them to login.
On this page you can edit:
- Name
- Image
- Landmark
- Making a location a landmark means it will not be used as a post where a responder may be dispatched from. It will only be used as a physical location, for example a park, playground or pier. This is great for important saved locations.
- Display Group
- The display group is the primary group for this location. It will be used to organize the location on the dispatch and submit pages.
- Other Groups
- These groups are used for organizations only.
- Coordinates
- The coordinates are used to place the location on the map. In the case where an incident happens at this location, the coordinates will be automatically saved.
- Order
- Active/Archived
