Operations

The Operations tab is where you will find your Documents, Forms, and their respective Tags. Documents are uploaded files or photos from your device or computer. Documents can also include quick links to any web link. Forms are created by your agency to help facilitate a broad spectrum of needs. Training, equipment checkouts, operational algorithms, and Asset updates are some examples for forms. Tags are used to mark documents or forms into categories and help with organization while allowing quick filtering.

Who uses it?

General staff will access documents to view important training material, standard operating procedures, and upload operation related media. Supervisor staff will mostly be the ones uploading the previously mentioned items. Forms will be submitted on a large scale by general employees checking out equipment, documenting training, and so much more. Command staff are the creators of an agencies forms. Tags are created by supervisors and utilized by any employee to narrow their search for a document or form.

Documents

Documents are uploaded url links to a website or an uploaded photo

Forms

Forms are fillable digital documents created by your agency meant to be filled out to collect data

Tags

Tags are used to mark documents and forms as an organizational tool
