Communications
Your inbox is important for viewing and creating new messages. You will also see past Bulletins in this tab.
Who uses it?
General staff will access this tab when viewing and communicating in messaging groups they are apart of. Command staff can view, edit, and create past group messages here and are typically the creators of bulletins.
On the Comms page, you'll see a list of all your bulletins. You can use the search function to filter by title, urgency, or status (pinned or unpinned).
Use the New Bulletin+ button to create a new message
To create a new bulletin, simply click the "New Bulletin +" button. You'll be prompted to enter a title, body, and select an urgency level (low, medium, high, or critical). You can also attach a document and restrict access to specific team members or groups if needed.
Viewing and responding to bulletins
Bulletins can be viewed on the communications tab and are also posted to the Home page. Team members can read and click a thumbs-up button to indicate that they have read the coorespondence.
